At Petoi, we want you to be fully satisfied with your programmable robotics; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all electronic components and hardware are in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the robot, sensors, and accessories in their original boxes to prevent damage to sensitive electronic circuits during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package to our designated technical inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Our engineers will inspect the hardware for functionality, and once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
